• form? (born digital or paper)

• how many papers published elsewhere? copyright issues?

• should include links to published papers? E.g. to IEEE? Where? [1] is CSE-96-17.pdf.

• equipment to scan? (hi-speed scanner? does CS have one? Use Arial scanner?)

• how much time?

• librarian: project info, tracking down papers, etc.
• student: scanning -- hours x wage?

• grant: LAUC-D or LAUC?
